Who we are
This website is operated by DoCode Bilgisayar ve Yazılım San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("DoCode"), Görükle Mah. What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), whether you use ColorwayXpress, archive size, ERP system and your message. We also receive the page you sent the form from, the language you used, the referring page and any campaign parameters (utm_*) in the address, plus a one-time Cloudflare Turnstile verification token used only to filter spam.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, schedule a demo and, if you ask for it, prepare a quote. The legal basis under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and the GDPR is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to DoCode by a form-delivery service and stored in DoCode's mailbox and customer records. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless a business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use a cookieless, aggregated measurement that does not identify you.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing and request a copy. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
